How much are the shipping costs and how long does shipping take?

Delivery is free for orders over €50.

🇩🇪 Germany 1-3 working days | Cost: €3.99 / Free from €50

🇦🇹 Austria 3-5 working days | Cost: €4.99 / Free from €50

🇨🇭 Switzerland 3-5 working days | Cost: €4.99 / Free from €50

Can I track my delivery with a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as the delivery has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number from us with all further details. You also have the option to track your order via our tracking page

How and where do I get my order number?

Immediately after you have completed your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. This email will be sent to the address you provided when making the purchase. In this order confirmation you will also find your order number. Make sure that the order number always begins with #v followed by a combination of numbers (e.g. #v12345 ). Please also check your spam folder if the email does not appear in your inbox.

Do you also deliver internationally?

We currently only deliver our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland. If you have a preferred country where we should deliver, please contact us.

Return

How much are the return shipping costs?

Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact statement on the return shipping costs, as each customer is responsible for the return shipment and bears these costs themselves.

Please note that the return must be made within the specified period. You can find further information about the deadline and our return conditions on our website.

How long does it take to get a refund after a return?

First of all, we would like to thank you for trusting Varalida and for taking the time to contact us. We have received your communication regarding the return and would like to assure you that we will handle it with the utmost care and attention.

Please understand that the quality control process and subsequent refund may take up to 15 business days after we receive your return. Our goal is to process this process as quickly as possible because your request is very important to us.

Once your return is inspected, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We will keep you updated every step of the way and are always here to answer any further questions or provide additional information.

Are certain products excluded from returns?

Yes, unfortunately earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
